Cousin Time!

Dancing with Peppy (her request).

Peppy's got the superior moves.

Exploring in the backyard.

Turns out having only 2 rings and a gaggle of children in the basement leads to some controversy...who knew?

Rosie reads to Deh Deh as they wear their St. Patrick's Day hats

Catching up with Aunt Jane

Bath time with Pep!

Green juice for Isabel for St. Patrick's Day!

Looking like a St. Patrick's Day gumshoe.

Overcome with ennui.

Isabel hangs out like a bat.

Gam gazes upon Robert.

Aunt Jane joins in on the fun on the rings.

Those Kaplan girls are daredevils.

First trip to the playground! (With the cousins)

Trying out his balance bike again with Gam.

Aunt Jane has a full chair for story time.

More of Gam gazing upon Robert.

More of Aunt Jane doing storytime.

Rosie set this up in the little guy's room.

More playroom shenanigans.

I tried to get a picture of them both pulling their feet up to the rings at the same time, but we couldn't get the timing right, and then they got tired.  Haha.

Good angle, William.

One Month Old!

Taking a little step outside of the chronology of things to include a recognition of Robert's having reached the advanced age of one month old.  Also, I didn't have my act together so only got these once he was asleep. Oops. (Don't worry, he woke up shortly after these, but I was too lazy to try for new ones/didn't want to turn on the light.  Haha.)

More Daily Life

A little snuggle with Pa.

William got a new shubble!

Both boys get a little quality time with Gam.

William loves to give Baby Robert pats!

Monitoring the situation in the bassinet.

Robert gets a little snuggle time with Daddy.

Poor Robert's little swollen eyes (and pensive pose) at a few days old.

William checks out Robert in his basket.

Starting to be a little more alert!

Pensive again.

"Hiiii, Baby Brudder!"

William sure does like to get a chance to hold Robert.

The big kid goes to town on some enchiladas.

A bit of tummy time on Daddy's tummy.

Bro time.  (Robert in the frilly hand-me-down emergency jammies from the Kaplan girls).

The puzzle master at work.

The tail end of a little smile.

Snooze!

The Burke boys.

William isn't as interested in sleeping as the other two are.

Baby in a basket!

Toddler in a cow wagon!

Gam chats with Robert as we try to finish our puzzle (the one we were supposed to work while waiting for labor).

More baby in a basket! This time with a sweet little puppy dog outfit from Aunt Anne.

William being silly with his traffic cone from Uncle Jackson and company.

So excited about his school set!! (A big brother present from Donald's office.)

Some things never change--I'm still a real sucker for a picture of a baby having a nice snooze.

Especially when snoozing in a position that looks like a cross between flying and meditating.
